Professional Bio
Stuart Dorf, JD, CPAU, Executive Vice President at Globe Midwest™ Adjusters International, is a licensed public adjuster, appraiser, umpire, and attorney who advocates for property and business owners throughout the insurance claim process to help secure fair and equitable settlements.
A recognized speaker and educator, Stuart regularly presents on insurance claim issues to attorneys, CPAs, financial advisors, and other trusted professionals nationwide. He has authored articles on a wide range of property insurance claim topics and teaches state-certified continuing education courses in Michigan.
Since joining Globe Midwest™ in 2015, Stuart has brought more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, law, business development, and marketing. He is licensed as a public adjuster in Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, and South Carolina and is also a licensed attorney in Michigan. Stuart is an active member of the Grand Rapids Bar Association, Oakland County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the State Bar of Michigan.
Committed to community service, Stuart was elected to the Board of Directors of S.O.U.L. in 2025. The 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supports individuals and families facing adversity by providing food, clothing, education, counseling, and other critical resources to those experiencing homelessness, medical crises, job loss, and other hardships.
Before joining Globe Midwest™, Stuart co-founded several successful technology companies, including Instadium.com, Gowebbaby.com, and Gokicksales.com. He earned his Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law at the Illinois Institute of Technology and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Tulane University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa, and was named a Tulane Senior Scholar.
