Mark Merdian

Mark Merdian joined Jansen/Adjusters International in 2004. Serving as Construction Estimator, he specializes in writing estimates for structures ranging from $50,000 to $56 million. His duties involve everything from drawing sketches to preparing scope of repairs. Mark is also licensed in level 1 infrared thermography, a technology most helpful to his clients as it provides advanced detection of moisture intrusion and water leaks.

As a Xactimate specialist, Mark is experienced in serving clients dealing with all types of insurance claims including, hail, wind, fire, flood, water damage, tornadoes, and Texas earthquakes. Having worked through several hurricanes near the Gulf Coast, he educates his teammates on roofing systems, how to spot hail damage, and other structure-related knowledge.

Before working with Jansen Adjusters/International, Mark was a superintendent for a restoration company and a local homebuilder for six years.

When not working, Mark enjoys spending time with his family as well as boating, fishing, and hunting.
