Luis Esteves IV

With 32 years of experience as a construction manager and public adjuster, Luis Esteves is a Partner at the firm and in charge of sales and large loss adjusting for Jansen Adjusters International Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Caribbean, and South American operations. Esteves handles between $500-$800 million dollars in losses annually and has extensive experience with adjusting complex claims for large commercial real estate companies, manufacturing facilities, entertainment venues, multi-family properties, school districts and hospitals. Esteves also personally handles our government entity division where we negotiate claims for government entities, cities, counties, municipalities and parishes.

With an extensive background in construction, Esteves oversees the larger complex losses where construction methodology and engineering knowledge are crucial to the correct settlement of the claim. In addition, many of these claims include significant business interruption components. Esteves has successfully managed this type of claim for government entities, racetracks, hospitals, and school systems.

Luis has been at the forefront of many hurricane and catastrophic recovery efforts, lending his expertise to clients in the aftermath of the most devastating of storms, including hurricanes Andrew, Georges, Katrina, Ike, Sandy, Harvey, Irma, hurricane Odile in Mexico, Maria in the Caribbean and most recently Sally in Alabama and Ida in Louisiana.
