Keith Grams

Since joining Tutwiler & Associates, Keith has successfully settled hundreds of commercial, industrial, and residential property claims including hurricane, flood, water damage, mold, sinkhole, fire, collapse and many others. The 2004 hurricane season included four major hurricanes which presented unprecedented challenges to the insurance industry. Keith’s expertise and vigilance resulted in multi-million dollar insurance settlements for his clients.
Keith is licensed to represent insurance policyholders in Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Louisiana, Kentucky and Texas. He is also a certified Umpire and a WIND Certified Appraiser®.

He is a member of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA); as well as the Windstorm Insurance Network. Keith has been a presenter to Condominium Associations and has even appeared on a local cable television channel to discuss various insurance topics. Each year Keith attends numerous educational seminars, workshops and presentations to stay up to date on an ever-changing property insurance claims industry.

Keith is a Tampa native and a graduate of St. Leo University with a B.A. in Business Management.
