Jim Bushart

Jim Bushart is a Missouri Licensed Public Adjuster and the principal of James H. Bushart, Public Adjuster LLC, now in his fifteenth year representing Missouri commercial and residential policyholders. While many capable adjusters are licensed across several states, Mr. Bushart has chosen to practice in Missouri and Missouri alone — and that concentration is deliberate. Every claim he handles is governed by Missouri insurance law, worked against the carriers most active in this state, and adjusted under standards he has come to know closely over fifteen years of doing nothing else.

That focus means a client is never a distant file in an out-of-state queue. He knows how Missouri's leading carriers approach scope, pricing, and valuation, and what it takes to move an underpaid or denied claim toward a fair resolution. He serves policyholders statewide — and brings the Senior Claims Law Associate (SCLA) designation, and a practice built entirely on Missouri claims, to every engagement. Because he represents policyholders exclusively, never insurers, his loyalty on any claim runs in one direction only.
