Benjamin Wright

Benny Wright, CPPA, is President and CEO of Victory Claims Consulting LLC. He is a public adjuster of twelve years and firm leader of six, known for a simple standard: do what is right for the family whose property has been damaged, and treat the people who do that work as family.
That standard begins at home. Benny is happily married to Toni. They have one daughter and one son. Nothing is more important than family. He asks the same of the Victory team and brings that mindset into every claim—whether for a commercial portfolio owner, investor, or family after a life-altering fire.

Over twelve years, hundreds of home and business owners have relied on Benny’s approach: document the loss with care, read the policy with honesty, and press for a settlement that allows them to rebuild. Victory was formed so that work could be done with a team that shares his values.

Benny’s credentials match the responsibility he accepts. In 2026 he received the Certified Professional Public Adjuster (CPPA) designation through NAPIA and The Institutes. He is in his third year on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA), helping raise education and ethical standards. He previously served on the Board of the Texas Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (TAPIA). Licensed in multiple states, he leads a multi-state practice serving clients across the country.

His competitive foundation was built on a BMX track. A past professional BMX racing athlete and certified coach, Benny was inducted into the Florida BMX Hall of Fame in 2025 for a career of discipline and sportsmanship. Those habits—show up, compete fairly, finish the work—are the same he brings to a claim file.
