CONFERENCE REGISTRATION TYPES

Member: includes professional education sessions, breakfasts, breaks, receptions, dinners, and lunch with winery tour and tasting.

Seminars Only: includes professional education sessions, breakfasts and breaks.

Spouse/Guest: includes breakfasts, breaks, receptions, dinners, lunch with winery tour and tasting, and spouse/guest program. 

Child: (for children 12 and under) includes meals and receptions.

Please note: You must be 18 or older to participate in the winery tour.

The following rates apply through June 12, 2019:
Member $1,725
Non Member $1,925
Seminars Only $825
Spouse/Guest  $1,025
Child (12 and under) $525

To make a room reservation call 800-532-0500 or 707-257-0200 and ask for the NAPIA rate of $299 single/double. The deadline for guaranteed reservations at the group rate is May 17.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A full refund will be issued for cancellations received 30 days prior to the convention. A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations received 10 days before the convention. Cancellations received within 10 days of the convention will not be eligible for a refund.
