Public Adjuster Certification Program
The NAPIA Public Adjuster Certification Program for Certified Professional Public Adjuster (CPPA) and Senior Professional Public Adjuster (SPPA) was established in 1986 to recognize professional competency and to promote ongoing awareness by practicing adjusters. A professional designation is awarded to those who successfully complete a rigorous course of study and examination.
The program is now administered by The Institutes. Visit www.TheInstitutes.org/SPPA for more information.
