Welcome to the NAPIA Annual Meeting

The 2022 NAPIA Annual Meeting takes place June 8-11 at The San Luis Resort, Spa & Conference Center, a 32-acre, beachfront hotel and spa on beautiful Galveston Island, Texas. Considered Galveston's premier property, it is a AAA Four Diamond resort.

Registration includes professional education sessions, multiple receptions, and meals, presentation of the NAPIA Person of the Year Award, a tour of nearby Space Center Houston, spouse/guest programs, and vendor displays. Also featured is the appearance of motivational speaker and recording artist Keni Thomas. Thomas was a key figure in the book and movie “Black Hawk Down” and he is a national spokesperson for the Special Operations Warrior Foundation.

Morning seminars provide seven CE credits for public adjusters in twenty-five states. The seminar agenda includes a session by Christine G. Barlow, CPCU, Managing Editor FC&S Expert Coverage Interpretation who regularly writes for NU Claims magazine, NU Property & Casualty magazine, and PropertyCasualty360. Her topic is "Components of and Issues in Claims."
 

The Annual Meeting opens Wednesday with a welcome reception & dinner and closes Saturday after the morning session. In addition to all receptions and dinners, registered spouses and guests will enjoy breakfast each day plus programs on Thursday afternoon and Friday morning. 

Packing will be a little easier this year as men are not requested to wear a tux at the banquet.
