Member: includes professional education sessions, CE credits, business meeting, Thursday group outings, and all meals and social functions.

NonMember: Includes professional education sessions, CE credits, Thursday group outings, and all meals and social functions.

Seminars Only: Includes professional education sessions, CE credits, breakfasts and breaks.

Spouse/Guest: Includes spouse/guest breakfasts and programs, Thursday afternoon outings, and all meals and social functions. 

Child: (for children under 12) includes Thursday Olympic Park Experience, and all meals and social functions.

To make a room reservation at the Westgate Park City Resort & Spa call 888-808-7410 and provide code 67-193 for the NAPIA group rate of $140 single/double. There is a daily resort fee of $30.
 
Reservations may be canceled up to 24 hours prior to arrival without penalty. If complete cancellation of an individual reservation takes place within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival, a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room revenue will be charged.
 
Reservations received after July 9 will be accepted on a space available basis only.


CANCELLATION POLICY: A full refund will be issued for cancellations received 30 days prior to the convention. A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations received 10 days before the convention. Cancellations received within 10 days of the convention will not be eligible for a refund.
