CONFERENCE REGISTRATION TYPES

Member: includes professional education sessions, CE credits, business meeting and all social functions.

Non-Member: Includes professional education sessions, CE credits and all social functions.

Seminars Only: Includes professional education sessions, CE credits, breakfasts and breaks.

Spouse/Guest: Includes spouse/guest breakfasts and programs, and all social functions. 

Child: (for children 12 and under) includes all social functions.

The following rates apply through July 6, 2020:
Member $1,225
Non Member $1,425
Seminars Only $895
Spouse/Guest  $895
Child (12 and under) $395

To make a reservation at Kingsmill Resort call 866-371-6732 and ask for the NAPIA rate of $229 for a Deluxe Room or $289 for a Deluxe One-Bedroom Suite. NAPIA must release the group room block on July 6. Reservations received after the 6th will be accepted on a space available basis only.


CANCELLATION POLICY: A full refund will be issued for cancellations received 30 days prior to the convention. A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations received 10 days before the convention. Cancellations received within 10 days of the convention will not be eligible for a refund.
