Professional Bio
I have over 13 years of insurance litigation experience; handling not only court cases, but also arbitrations and insurance appraisals. I am well versed in the insurance claims process and have experience in litigating insurance cases involving a variety of issues including coverage and policy exclusions for such things as fraud and material misrepresentations, intentional acts, and other avenues upon which insurers underpayment of property damage claims by insurers.
I am admitted to practice in the state courts of Minnesota and New York as well as the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
